Terms of Service

These terms govern this website and everything we supply through it: software, licences, hardware, hosting and professional services from Bluedot Technology Ltd. Using the website or placing an order means you accept them.

Bluedot Technology Ltd, 42, 43/A Purana Paltan, Dhaka-1000, Bangladesh, is the supplier. Bluedot Technology LLC in the United States is our parent company. Questions about these terms go to info@bluedot.ltd.

Using this website

• The text, images, design and code of this website belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may read, download and print pages for your own reference and to evaluate our services.
• Copying, reselling, mirroring or commercially exploiting the website or its content needs our written permission.
• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or our systems, scrape it, or use it to send spam or unlawful material.
• Quotations, specifications and availability shown here are indicative until we confirm an order in writing.

Orders, prices and delivery

• An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing, by email or invoice. We may decline an order where stock, export control or a vendor's rules prevent supply.
• Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka unless another currency is stated, and exclude VAT, AIT and other taxes, which are charged as the National Board of Revenue requires.
• Delivery is completed within 1 to 15 working days depending on the product or service. If we cannot deliver in that window we contact you and offer a refund; if we are out of stock, we say so and refund.
• Physical goods go to the address you give us, and risk passes to you on delivery. Digital licences are delivered by email as keys, downloads or activation instructions.
• Vendor products are supplied under the vendor's own licence terms. We do not own those products and cannot change their terms.

Payment

• We accept bank transfer, bKash, Nagad and card payments through our payment partners.
• We never receive or store card numbers, PINs, CVV codes or wallet passwords. Our payment partners handle that data under their own terms.
• Payment is due before delivery unless we agree credit terms in writing, and an invoice is issued for every order.
• Bank charges, and any cost we incur because a payment is reversed, are payable by you.

Third-party products and marks

Vendor names, logos and product names on this website belong to their owners and are used to identify the products we sell or the partners we hold agreements with. They do not imply ownership, sponsorship or endorsement. Read the full trademark notice.

Availability and obstacles

• We keep the website available on a best-effort basis and take it down for maintenance, updates, and reasons outside our control.
• We are not responsible for interruptions from your network, your equipment, or sites we link to. Links out are there for convenience, and their content and policies are theirs.
• The website is provided as it is. We do not warrant that everything on it is free of error, so confirm specifications and pricing with us before you rely on them.

Our liability

• We are liable for the direct loss caused by our own failure to deliver what you paid for.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost business or lost data, or for loss caused by third-party products, events outside our control, or misuse on your side.
• Where liability stands, it is limited to what you paid us for that specific product or service in the twelve months before the claim.
• Nothing here limits liability that Bangladeshi law does not allow us to limit, including liability for fraud.

Accounts and suspension

Where a service has an account, you are responsible for keeping its credentials confidential and for what happens under it. We may suspend or close an account, and refuse service, where these terms are broken, an invoice is unpaid, or the law requires it.

Your data

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain what we collect, including through analytics, pixels and our own chat system, how it is stored, and how to opt out. Cookie choices can be changed at any time from the footer of any page.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions are set out in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009, or any other law that applies to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services or the law change. The current version is always this page, and the date at the top is the last review. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
