Software Development
Platform agnostic software, secure by design and built to scale.
We build the software that runs the day to day work: custom web platforms, mobile applications, ERP, CRM, e-commerce and government portals, along with the AI products that sit on top of them. Projects are small enough that you deal with the engineers doing the work instead of an account layer.
We are platform agnostic. Nothing is chosen because it is popular this year or because one vendor shouts loudest; the stack follows the problem, the team that will run it and the cost of owning it for five years. What we do not have experience in, we say so before the project starts.
Development runs on test-driven and behaviour-driven practice inside an Agile iteration, with the full cycle in one place: concept, design, build, deployment and the support that follows. Software is designed secure from the ground up and sized for the load it has to take, not just the launch.
We build AI into the products where it earns its place: CRM that keeps its own records current, chatbots that answer from your own documents, analytics that surface what changed, and clinical tools that keep the clinician in the decision. Where AI would be decoration, we say that too.
Every project is handed over with the source code, the database schema and written documentation, so you are never locked in to us.

What is included.
The work this service is scoped around. Anything outside it is agreed in writing before we start.
Web applications
Server rendered and single page applications on Laravel, React, Vue and Node.
Mobile apps for Android and iOS
Native Kotlin and Swift, or cross platform with React Native and Flutter.
Desktop applications
Windows, macOS and Linux clients for internal tools and field work.
Embedded and firmware development
Firmware in C and Rust for controllers, sensors and industrial equipment.
Edge and on premise deployments
Compute that runs at the site, sized around bandwidth, power and heat limits.
API design and third party integration
Documented REST and gRPC surfaces, plus the vendor APIs your work depends on.
Migration from legacy systems
Move data and behaviour off old platforms without a long freeze period.
Maintenance, support and handover
Source code, schema notes and a runbook, with support for as long as you want it.
Scope it, price it, decide.
Tell us what you are trying to do. We come back with the options, what each one costs and the order we would do the work in.

What we build.
Enterprise systems, citizen services and the AI products that sit on top of both.
ERP
Purchasing, inventory, accounts and reporting that agree with each other.
CRM
Sales, service and follow up, with the record kept current instead of retyped.
E-commerce
Catalogue, checkout, fulfilment and the payment gateways your market uses.
Government portals
Citizen and staff services with the audit trail public bodies are held to.
Enterprise platforms
Internal systems, workflow and integration between the tools already in place.
Mobile applications
Field, customer and operations apps for Android and iOS.
AI CRM
Summarised threads, drafted replies and records that fill themselves in.
AI chatbots
Assistants that answer from your documents, inside your perimeter.
AI analytics
Reporting that says what changed and why, over your own operational data.
AI medical tools
Clinical support over patient data, with the clinician still making the call.
How we work.
The practices are not a sales line: they are how the code gets written and how you can check it.
- Test driven development
- The test is written before the code, so the behaviour is pinned down while it is being decided.
- Behaviour driven development
- Acceptance criteria written in the language of the business, and run against every build.
- Agile iterations
- Short cycles with working software at the end of each one, not a status report.
- Secure by design
- Authentication, authorisation, input handling and secrets decided at design time, not bolted on later.
- Scalable architecture
- Built for the load you expect to reach, with the path to the next step written down.
- Integration
- Third party services, payment gateways and the APIs your partners already run on.
- Maintenance and support
- Monitoring, patching and the small changes that keep a system worth using.
- Handover
- Source code, schema, documentation and a runbook: you can take it in-house whenever you want.
The delivery path.
Four stages, each one ending with something you can review and run.
- 01
Discovery and architecture
Agree what is being built, the data behind it and the shape of the system.
- 02
Iterations
Working software every few weeks, tests first, reviewed with your team as it lands.
- 03
Hardening
Security review, load behaviour, failure cases and the operational runbook.
- 04
Launch and beyond
Deployment, monitoring, support and maintenance for as long as it earns its keep.

Questions we are asked.
Who owns the source code?
You do. The repository, the schema and the documentation are handed over at the end of the project, with no licence back to us.
What does "platform agnostic" mean in practice?
We are not tied to one vendor stack. Laravel, Node, .NET, Python, Flutter or firmware in Rust are all on the table, and the choice is argued from your constraints and the team who will maintain it.
Can you take over an existing system?
Yes. We start with a review of the code, the database and the deployment path, and we tell you plainly whether it is worth extending or rebuilding.
Also under Engineering.
Tell us what you need to build, protect or automate.
A 30 minute call with an engineer, not a sales script. You leave with a clear next step, whether or not we work together.
