Hosted Mail, SMS and AI Call Center
Hosted mail, SMS, voice and chat, delivered and measured.
Messages only work if they arrive, and only earn their keep if you can see what happened to them. We run the channels a business uses to reach customers and keep the delivery record behind each one.
SMS goes out masked or unmasked, with sender ID registration handled and per message delivery status recorded. Email is set up and operated on whichever platform fits: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, Amazon SES, an API based provider, or a relay we host ourselves. Alongside it we handle the parts that decide whether mail lands: relay configuration, domain authentication, warmup on a new domain or IP, and bounce checking that keeps the list clean.
On top of the channels sit the services customers now expect: AI voice calls for notifications and follow ups, and AI powered chat and ticketing that answers from your own material and hands over to a person when it should.
Everything connects through documented APIs and webhooks, so the systems you already run trigger the messages rather than someone copying and pasting. We also advise on the parts that are not technical: when to send, how often, what to say, and how to stay inside the consent rules.

What is included.
The work this service is scoped around. Anything outside it is agreed in writing before we start.
SMS, masked and unmasked
Sender ID registration, throughput planning and per message delivery records.
Business email on any platform
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, Amazon SES, API providers or a self-hosted server.
Email relay
Outbound relay that carries the volume your application generates without landing in spam.
Email warmup
A new domain or IP warmed gradually, so reputation is built instead of burned.
Bounce checking
Invalid, soft and hard bounces handled so the list and the reputation stay clean.
AI voice calls
Automated calls for reminders, confirmations and follow up, with the transcript kept.
AI chat and ticketing
Assistants answering from your own documents, with a handover path to a human.
Domain authentication
SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured and monitored, because deliverability is decided there.
API and webhook integration
Documented endpoints for the applications that trigger a send.
Delivery and engagement reporting
What was sent, what was delivered, what bounced and what was read or answered.
Scope it, price it, decide.

The channels we run.
Set up, connected and reported on, so a send is something you can measure.
SMS
Masked or unmasked sender IDs, throughput planned and every message tracked.
Email
Mailboxes, sending domains, relays and the authentication that gets you to the inbox.
Deliverability
Warmup, bounce checking and reputation watched, not fixed after a campaign fails.
AI voice calls
Reminders, confirmations and follow ups at a scale a call centre cannot cover.
AI chat and ticketing
Answers from your own documents, with tickets that route to the right desk.
Integration
APIs and webhooks so the trigger comes from your system, not a spreadsheet.
Email, on whichever platform you use.
The same setup discipline whether the mail leaves Google or a server in your own rack.
- Google Workspace
- Mailboxes, groups, routing and the DKIM the sending domain needs.
- Microsoft 365
- Exchange Online configuration, connectors and outbound relay rules.
- Zoho
- Mailbox setup, domain verification and the transactional sending path.
- Amazon SES
- Production access, identity verification, dedicated IPs and reputation monitoring.
- API providers
- Any transactional provider, integrated through their API rather than a plugin.
- Self-hosted
- A relay or mail server we operate, with the authentication and blocklist monitoring it needs.
How a rollout runs.
Four stages, and the reporting does not stop at the end of them.
- 01
Design
Which channels, which platforms, what gets sent and to whom.
- 02
Configure
Domains, sender IDs, authentication, relays and the integration with your systems.
- 03
Warm up
Volume ramped deliberately, bounces and complaints handled as they appear.
- 04
Operate
Delivery, engagement and reputation reported, with the adjustments that follow.
Reaching people where they are.

Questions we are asked.
Can you fix deliverability if our mail already goes to spam?
Usually. It starts with the domain authentication, the warmup history and the bounce record, and we tell you plainly when a domain has been burned badly enough that a new one is the cheaper answer.
Do you provide the SMS routes or resell someone else?
We work with the routes that fit the destination and the use case, and we handle sender ID registration, throughput and reporting on your behalf.
Does the AI chat need our data?
It answers from material you give it, and it can run on infrastructure where that material never leaves your network. Where it cannot answer, it hands over.

A 30 minute call with an engineer, not a sales script. You leave with a clear next step, whether or not we work together.
