Data Center, Hosting and Compute

Hosting and compute across partner data centres in seven countries, run by our own team.

Managed hosting, dedicated servers and private cloud, with monitoring, patching and backup handled for you.

We do not own data centres. We work inside other people's: Equinix-class facilities in Bangladesh, India, Singapore, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France and beyond, alongside the public cloud providers your applications may already use. We do own the racks and the servers in them, and we are the ones on call when something fails.

That covers a single virtual machine through to private cloud platforms with managed databases and storage, plus colocation for hardware you already own. Connectivity is bought with peering at internet exchanges, because the cheapest transit is rarely the fastest path to your users.

Every environment is monitored, patched and backed up on a schedule, and you keep the access you need to your own systems without having to manage the platform underneath. Our team is available around the clock, from Dhaka.

What is included.

The work this service is scoped around. Anything outside it is agreed in writing before we start.

  • Dedicated and virtual servers

Single tenant hardware or sized virtual machines with a defined CPU, memory and disk allocation.

  • Public cloud on AWS, GCP and Azure

Deployment and management on the major clouds, or alongside your own infrastructure.

  • Private and hybrid cloud

Hypervisor clusters you control, with the option to burst into public cloud.

  • Colocation

Rack space, power and cross connects for hardware you already own.

  • Managed databases

MySQL, PostgreSQL and Redis with replication, tuning and scheduled backups.

  • Backup and disaster recovery

Offsite copies, tested restores and a recovery site with a stated recovery time.

  • Network, peering and bandwidth

Transit and IX peering chosen for the latency your users actually see.

  • Uptime and performance monitoring

Availability, certificate and resource checks with alerting to our NOC.

  • Operating system patching

Scheduled security updates applied to the kernel, packages and runtime.

  • 24/7 support and escalation

A named escalation path with the people who run the hardware on the other end.

Scope it, price it, decide.

Tell us what you are trying to do. We come back with the options, what each one costs and the order we would do the work in.

What we run for you.

From one virtual machine to a rack of your own hardware.

  • Dedicated servers

Single tenant hardware, sized and provisioned for the workload it carries.

  • Virtual private servers

Defined CPU, memory and disk, with the operating system of your choice.

  • Cloud hosting

Public and private cloud deployments, with managed databases and storage.

  • Colocation

Rack space, power and cross connects for hardware you already own.

  • Managed hosting

We take the patching, monitoring, backup and on-call, you keep the access.

  • Peering and connectivity

Transit and IX peering chosen for latency, priced for the traffic you send.

Where our racks sit.

We hold capacity in partner facilities rather than owning buildings, which is why a footprint can move when the latency or the law requires it.

Bangladesh
Dhaka: domestic hosting, low latency for local users, local support.
India
Regional capacity for South Asian traffic and cross-border redundancy.
Singapore
Southeast Asian hub for connectivity into the region.
United States
North American capacity for user-facing and partner-facing services.
United Kingdom
European entry point with mature network routes.
Germany and France
European capacity with the data protection regime written down.

How hosting is delivered.

Four stages, with a runbook at the end of them rather than a shrug.

  • 01

    Sizing and placement

Workload, growth and latency decide the hardware and the country it sits in.

  • 02

    Deployment and migration

Provisioned, hardened, migrated and cut over with a rollback path.

  • 03

    Monitoring and patching

Availability, certificates, capacity and security updates on a schedule.

  • 04

    Support and escalation

Round the clock cover with a named path to the engineers who run the kit.

Inside the rack.

  • Operations centre

Round the clock monitoring and escalation

  • Structured cabling

Structured cabling and peering, documented port by port

  • Server hardware

Hardware we own, inside facilities we do not

Questions we are asked.

Do you own your own data centre?

No. We hold racks and servers inside partner facilities in several countries. It keeps us honest on price and free to move a footprint when latency or regulation requires it.

Can you run alongside our existing cloud?

Yes. Hybrid is the normal case: the public cloud for what scales unpredictably, our racks for what needs a fixed cost and a fixed location.

What happens when something breaks at 3am?

The monitoring alert reaches our operations team, who own the escalation through to the facility hands on the hardware if it comes to that.

A 30 minute call with an engineer, not a sales script. You leave with a clear next step, whether or not we work together.
