Secure Printing
Security paper, in-house printing and a record of every sheet.
Certificates, transcripts, licences, mark sheets, tickets and examination papers carry authority because they are difficult to reproduce. We source the security paper they are printed on, print them in-house, and follow every sheet from the press to the point of distribution.
Paper is specified around the document rather than sold from a menu of extras: UV fibre striping, visible fibre, security thread, watermark, microtext, anti-copy patterns, UV fluorescent print and embedded holograms. What the brief calls for is verified on delivery, before the first sheet is printed.
Printing, numbering, perforation, hologram application and packing all happen in-house under our own supervision. Every job closes with a reconciliation: printed, issued, spoiled and destroyed, counted and signed for.

The features, in plain terms.
Security paper is bought on the features the document needs. These are the ones we work with, alone or in combination.
- UV fibre striping
- Fibre striped into the sheet that only appears under ultraviolet light.
- Visible fibre
- Coloured fibre in the pulp, visible in daylight and checkable by eye.
- Security thread
- A thread inside the sheet that survives handling but does not copy.
- Watermark
- Formed in the sheet itself: it shows in transmitted light, not on a scan.
- Microtext
- Text too small to read unaided, which fills in when it is copied.
- Anti-copy pattern
- Fine line patterns that break into a visible warning when scanned.
- UV fluorescent print
- Elements invisible until the document is checked under UV.
- Embedded hologram
- A metallised mark that shifts with the viewing angle and cannot be reprinted.

Questions we are asked.
Which documents do you print?
Certificates, transcripts, mark sheets, admit cards, examination and admission papers, licences, permits, tickets and the security paper behind them.
Do you print, or only supply the paper?
Both. We source paper to the specification and print in-house, so the paper never leaves our custody between the mill and the finished document.
How do you know sheets have not gone missing?
Every sheet is numbered and counted at each step, spoiled sheets are recorded, and the job closes with a reconciliation report you can audit.
